I'm sick of being numb. This feeling is overpowering everything
else. I just want to be happy again. That' all I want.

The unreal is more powerful than the real, because nothing is
as perfect as you can imagine it. Because it's only intangible ideas,
concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. Stone crumbles. Wood rots.
People die. But things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend,
they can go on and on.

Before we can see properly, we must
shed some tears to see the way.

Originality is a ghost town, and it's oh so hard to get to.
and when you do, then people start to hate you. You scream
what you believe out loud in a crowd. And they will hate you,
cause repitition is so safe.

People have scars, in all sorts of unexpected places. Like secret
road maps of their personal histories. Diagrams of all their old wounds.
Most of our wounds heal, leaving nothing behind but a scar, but some
of them don't. Some wounds we carry with us everywhere, and
though the cut's long gone, the pain still lingers.

The most memorable people in your life will be the people
who loved you when you weren't very lovable.

I want someone who won't care that I'm incapable of sitting still,
that I can't grasp the concept of cleaning, someone who realizes
that half of the decisions I make are usually ones I regret, and I
have the right to overreact at any given moment. I want someone
who knows how completely insane I am, and he wouldn't want
me any other way.

Little girl, don't be so blue. I know what you are going through.
Don't let it beat you up. Hitting walls and getting scars. Only makes
you who you are. No matter how much your heart is aching, there is
beauty in the breaking.

I've been having some computer problems lately. Somehow, all my documents including the quotes and photography I use on this site got wiped out. But luckily, I figured out a way to get them back!
